  1. A tropical rainforest is a place within 28 degrees north or south of the equator. They are found in Asia, Australia, Africa, South and Central America, Mexico and on many of the Pacific Islands. It contains approximately 50% of Plant and animal species in the world and it is only 2% of Earth’s total surface area. It consists of 4 major levels, top most is emergent layer then comes canopy after which is understory and lowest level is forest floor, all levels have different characteristics. Tropical Rain forests have average temperature of more than 20 degree Celsius and receives rainfall of around 250 centimeter, annually. For a trip to a rain forest all travelers must be prepared for heat, humid and lots of rain. Bringing along Water proof rain coat, Sandals, Comfortable shoes, long pants, shorts, t-shirts and sweaters will be very useful while visiting rain forests, sunscreen is not necessary but if u carry it might be useful. Animals living in rain forests behave differently than animals living elsewhere due to abundant food and water supply. Rain forests also help humans; over 120 prescribed medicines are found on trees here. Many interesting activities can be done like rafting or kayaking, mountain biking, hiking (all with professional guides is necessary) Horseback riding is also famous and all of these adventures are environment friendly. Due to logging, climate change and pollution Tropical rainforests are disappearing at alarming rate.

  2. A tropical rainforest biome contains about approximately 50% of Plant and Animals species in the world and it’s just 2% of the Earth's total surface area! This biome consists of 4 levels, the top most is the emergent layer, the canopy which is known as the thickest layer, then the understory layer and the lowest level, the forest floor which it consists of small plants such as ferns, moss and more that can survive on low amount of sunlight.
While planning a trip to this overwhelming place, one must be ready for the heat, rainfall etc.
In the rainforest, plants and animals, both have started to learn to adapt to this biome in many solitary ways e.g. the animal life seems to find more mates in the rainforest than in any other parts of the world. Also, the tails of monkeys have adapted to grab hold of branches and vines.
Rainforests are also very essential for a human, over a hundred prescribed drugs are found only in these rainforest trees.
There are many activities available for those who want to appreciate or have a fascinating experience in this biome such as kayaking, mountain biking, hiking which are usually preferred in a rainforest.
The elegance, greatness of this biome is indefinable, it is absurd to capture it on film or express it in words or to unravel it to those who have not yet had a breath-taking experience of standing in a heart of a primary rainforest.

  3. The tropical rainforest is earth's most complex biome in terms of both structure and species diversity. It occurs under optimal growing conditions: abundant precipitation and year round warmth. There is no annual rhythm to the forest; rather each species has evolved its own flowering and fruiting seasons. Sunlight is a major limiting factor. A variety of strategies have been successful in the struggle to reach light or to adapt to the low intensity of light beneath the canopy.

Climate: (Koeppen's Af and Am climate types.) Mean monthly temperatures are above 64 ° F; precipitation is often in excess of 100 inches a year. There is usually a brief season of reduced precipitation. In monsoonal areas, there is a real dry s eason, but that is more than compensated for with abundant precipitation the rest of the year.

  4. the tropical rain forest biome cover approximately 50% of the plant and animal species. a tropical rain forest covers at least 2%of land. there are a lot of species of all colors which fly, swim, crawl, run and walk.a tropical rain forest consist of four levels. first is the emergent layer.they can grow up to 80 meters high.the next are canopy which is also the thickest layer. then the understory layer comes which consist of trees which grow seventeen meter high. this is due to the sunlight. the lowest layer of tropical rain forest is the forest floor.which consists of small plants such as ferns, moss and more that can survive on low amount of sunlight. a tropical rain forest has a temperature of twenty degree Celsius. it receives up to 250 centimeter of rainfall annually. it is due to the place where the rain forest really are, near the equator, which receives much sunlight . Bringing along Water proof rain coat, Sandals, Comfortable shoes, long pants, shorts, t-shirts and sweaters will be very useful while visiting rain forests, sunscreen is not necessary but if u carry it might be useful.due to canopy sunscreen are not necessary. but should be packed in case of near a forest.

  5. The tropical rainforest biome conatins approximetly 50% of the world species but only covers 2% of the earths land. This biome is a fascinating diversity has an array of colourful animals and plants. The rainforest consist of four florrs .The first level is the emergent , second is canopy , third is understory and the lowest levesl is the forest floor . Tropical rainforests have a average temparature od 20degrees celcius. This area has 250cm of rainfall since it is near to the equator.People who love adventure can come here to enjoy. There are many adventures out there which dont interfare with the forest adaptation. This place has a alot of humidity which means packing clothes that rely with temparature like shorts, pants, caps, sunscreen and also sweters. In this forest the plants and animals have adapted to the biome in many unique ways.Animals have facinating colors and patterns. Not only animals but plants have also adapted to the rainfall and temprature, they have oily leaves and pointed leaves to shed from rain. The rainforest is disapearing every year of 78 million per year which means 2 acres every sec!The beauty of this biome is very facsinating that who stare will awe in amaze!

  7. Rainforests are the one of the world’s natural resource. Not only do they sequester green house gas carbon dioxide, they are also potential sources of potential pharmaceuticals and disease-resistant crops. It is important to preserve these rainforests for those reasons. Making a comeback, the world’s rainforests seem to be showing signs that their future might not be as unpromising as predicted. This is because the re-growth of these rainforests are fairly quickly, and mostly the fact that people who lived in or near these rainforests are moving away to allow vegetation growth. However, rainforests are disappearing at the rate of 50 football fields per minute. The secondary forests are also not capturing a lot of the biodiversity and critical ecosystem. They can’t lock up nearly as much climate-warming carbon dioxide as the old trees could either.

The emission of carbon dioxide from tropical rainforests is increasing as human activities are changing the amount of phosphorus and nitrogen in ecosystems all over the globe. The natural process by which phosphorus and nitrogen gets added to forest plots increases the emissions added into the atmosphere. The changes in nutrients may alter soil carbon dioxide emissions in tropical forests, which will then affect what is happening all over the globe.

  8. They are found in Asia,South and Central America, Mexico snd many parts of malasyia, thailandand indonesia as well. The tropical rainforest biome conatins approximetly 50% of the world species but only covers 2% of the earths.
It has four layers which are emergents, under canopy, lower canopy and ground.Their are many animals and plants found over there.Animals such as frog, lions, heinas, tiger are found there.Their are many great trees like mahagony which are best for furniture.
Well the worst thing is that it is now getting less at a fast average which maens many medicines are going to be extinct andmany animals will finish.Carbon Dioxide is increasing while the no of trees and plants are decreasding
Well it can also a good place to travel and we can have good adventouous day by enjoying mountain hiking and watching atractive anim

  10. Tropical are very famous forest they are found in Asia,Australia,South America and Mexico.the tropical rain forest have much rain every day there many types of trees like the tallest one is emergent layer than canopy after it is under canopy and it is shrub the lowest one.The tropical rainforest have many types on animal insects which live over there. The animal waste make the soil fertile over there which help plants to grow better and continous rain also helps there we can have advetourous game like mountain hiking and many other games. In Tropical rainforest there is the expensive wood found which is mohogne it is used to make furniture and this wood is water proof and very strong.

  11. Rainforests are a source, which helps us in many ways. The tropical rainforest in one of the rainforest. The tropical rainforest is approximately 50% of having plants and animals species in the world. It is cover only 2% of the earth surface area. Tropical rainforest is having different kind of trees, in which it is having 4 levels, the top one is emergent, then canopy, under story and the last one lowest level. Small plants like ferns, moss and e.t.c cover the forest floor. Only those plants can survive in forest floor, which absorbed low amount of sunlight. Animals and plants both have started too adapted to this biome. E.g. of animals that their life seems to find more mates in the forest that in other parts of world. And, the tails of monkey have adapted to grab hold of branches and vines. E.g. of plants, leaves have adapted in this way that as they have oily leaves so to shed from rainfall. The rainfall is until 250cm due to it is closed to equator. The temperature is mostly 20 degrees Celsius over there. The disappearing every year of 78 million per year, which means 2 acres every moment, happens. Over a hundred prescribed drugs are found only in these rainforest trees, which we know. And, over 120 medicines can be obtained or 120 medicines are found only from these trees. Activities are also available for those who want to appreciate or have a fascinating experience in this biome such as kayaking, mountain biking, hiking and e.t.c. These actives make us enjoy very much. Varies of animals and plants are found from we obtain many things as it is helpful for us in many other ways. It is mostly found in these places Asia, Australia, Africa, South and Central America, Mexico and on many of the Pacific Islands. However, it is our responsibility to maintained it and to protect it from many other thins. If it will not be done, in further most years there will be no forests on earth.

  12. Tropical rainforest is biomes which mean a large ecosystem. It has 50% of plants and animals of the world, although it covers 2% of the earth. It has different type of colourfull species which can crawl, swim, fly, creep & climb.
The rain forest has 4 layers. The toppest one is the emergent. The trees in the emergent layer can be over 80m tall, and then there is a canopy layer, which is very thick and consists of vines, branches & etc. This blocks the sunlight from reaching the ground but some of the light passes through. After it there is a under canopy layer, which trees can be over 12m tall to block the sunlight which passes to the canopy layer. Finally there is shrub layer which is on the floor and consists of moss, fern & etc. These plants can survive without sunlight. The average temperature of tropical rainforest is 25⁰C due to 257yrs of rain fall. There is more rain fall because of its location, as it is near the equator and the ocean. Near the equator there is more temperature so the ocean gets evaporated and condenses into clouds which cause rain. The animals have adapted to survive in this biome. Due to heavy rain the plants have adapted their leaves to shed the rain water quickly. The animals such as monkey have a long tail, which helps it to swing in the trees and travel safely. The rainforest is very useful for humans because there are different types of herbs and woods are found.
The rain forest is very useful but it is being destroying very quickly, over 78 millions of acre is destroyed due to logging and farming. When we are going to rainforest we should be prepared because of its heat. We should have water proof raincoat, sandals, shoes, long pants, shorts & etc. Rainforest is one of the beautiful ecosystem of the world.

  13. Biome are large ecosystems. We have divided our earth in four ecosystems which also includes the " Tropical rainforest ". It covers about 2 percent of the earth's surface and have many living species. These species are also very beautiful. Rainforest have 4 dividers which are called the layers. These layers are(top one first):-
    Emergent
    Canopy
    Under canopy
    and
    Shrub Layer.
Emergent layer have an ability of exceeding a height of 80m. Canopy layer is mostly very thick and contains vines and branches. One of the possible reason of this layer to be thick is that all the sunlight is concentrated towards this layer. Then under canopy layer also contains trees. After that is the last shrub layer which contains short plants for e.g mosses and ferns. Rain forest got its name from the very heavy common rain which is due to its location, near the equator and the ocean. Animals in rain forest also have adaptations according to its climatic conditions. This biome is very useful but as population increases people need more space to live but still we can use our land wisely and can live comfortably and we have to because over 78acres of rainforest have been deforested which is very dangerous for us and for our planet, Earth.

  14. A tropical rainforest biome contains 50% of the worlds Plant and Animals species and its just 2% of the Earth's total surface area. Rain forest is divided into 4 layers. the top most is the emergent layer and it is 80 feet tall, next is the canopy which is the thickest layer, third is the under story which has lesser trees due to the canopy above, last is the forest floor which contains plants such as ferns, shrubs and etc that can survive without sunlight.
Tropical rain forest has a normal temperature of about 20C and is very humid. They receive a significant amount of rainfall due to its location near the equator. This part of the earth receives the most of the sun light.
The sun heats the water in the two oceans and it evaporates, which causes rain.
When planning a trip to a rain forest don’t forget to keep water proof rain coat, comfortable shoes, shorts, T-shirt and sweaters. Suns cream is not as such required but for any experience near the river areas it is required.
The plants and animals are also adapted to this wild life. Like for example the leaves makes it easier for the water to fall through its bended tips. Another example is the monkeys hold on trees. They climb from one to another to travel.
Tropical rain forests are disappearing due to the need for land for farming.
There are lots of interesting activities like for example boating , hiking and horse ridding are very popular. All these are environmentally friendly and do not disturb the wild life of the animals. The beauty of a rain forest is hard to explain to those who haven’t paid a visit to one.
