ReplyDeleteAns2:I think Nate should be the leader because he is very kind heart person and knows how to handle the group and when someone can't do the work by him self he helps him and will also give people rest because of his character.If some one will be bored by the work he will encourage him and make him realize that it is his job by doing his work and making him jealous.
Ans3:I think that Zak is like an open book and he don't care about any one whether he/she feel good or bad from the thing that he spoke.He was also good at making people calm and telling stories ,every night he told a story to his group members.Every time he was up to some thing.The quality of him that that I want to imply in my self is that how to make people calm in any situation.

1. Everyone obeys him.
2. He have the quality to control people.
3. Everyone is satisfied with him and he treats everyone equally.
Ans3. I think that Zak is brave because he do not cares about anyone and says whatever comes in his mind whether any one feels bad or good. He is a bit creative too as he tells stories. Hes not proud of himself and he dont misuses his power. I want to imply the quality of 'not being proud of yourself' in me.

. he has all the qualities of leadership.
. he knows how to handle people.
. By his behavior he seems to be an experienced person and that's important for a leader.
3) I think that Zak is a person with all the qualities which should be present in a leader. He is a very calm person and also knows the ability to make people calm in any situation. He does not have specific job in the cavern to do, but he helps everyone. The quality of him that I want to imply in myself is that how to handle different situations..!
I think that Cam is just in her contributions towards cavern because she treat everyone the same way.She is a strict leader that is the most important thing that a leader should have but she is also generous but if there are dependable people like Bando they should be treated strictly because if they are not treated like this they would not be successful.

ReplyDeleteAns2)Zak should be the leader of the cavern because he is good enough to handle situations which take place in the cavern and he looks a bit experienced too. He has the ability to be a leader though he has no such important work to do in the cavern people.
Ans3)Every quality of Zak is very mature and he has got quite a impressive role in the story.I want to imply all his qualities on myself most of all to handle people and instead of fighting or quarreling solve the situation intelligently and calmly.

ReplyDelete1. Yes, Cam is just in her contribution because if she will not everyone will do what ever they want to do and by doing what ever they want might be all of them can face a big problem. So I think she is right and showing bit strictness sometimes is good.
2. I think Zak should be the leader of the cavern because everyone listens to him/obey him, he is having all the qualities of the leader and he is just with everyone/treat everyone equal. He is experiences too.

Ans1) Yes Cam is just in her contributions if she won't even show this much strictness then the cavern people will feel free to do anything and that will not even make a difference between Cam and the other cavern people.So I think that it is fair to be that much strict with the cavern people.

1)cam is doing her contributions she is a nice leader in my opinion. she knows well how to handle people like bando and other members but cant handle robert as he is getting out of control day by day she is also a little strict but i think that strictness is sometimes a little helpful towards leadership.
